ED ROSS began making music at 5 years old, beginning with piano and adding instruments such as trombone, cello, and guitar over time. Coming from a mixed background in music (self-taught, classical, jazz + contemporary), Ed offers a unique approach and perspective to music + creativity.

Graduating from Berklee College of Music at 20 years old, Ed earned his degree in Music Technology and Sound Design (Electronic Production and Design), becoming the first from the college to graduate with a minor in Creative Coding.

Since then, Ed has diligently and passionately worked on a plethora of roles, collaborating with notable professionals across various fields. Having worked as an audio engine programmer, app developer, music director and producer, music educator, sound designer, visual consultant, + much more, Ed demonstrates versatility, creativity, and adaptability in both artistic and technological endeavors.

To continue developing himself and his skills, Ed has taught himself skills such as 3D modeling + animation, computer graphics generation, floral arrangement + design, and embedded programming. He enjoys spreading what he learns to youth, using mentorship, tutoring, classroom education, or panels + lectures as ways to help kids understand the feasibility of making a living from their passions.

At 26, Ed is preparing to launch his music technology company and is working on several personal projects regarding music and visual art.

In his down time, he loves to relax with friends, including his beloved cat, Mister Terrance.
